Shaw, George Bernard (1856 - 1950). Γεννήθηκε στο Δουβλίνο της Ιρλανδίας και πέθανε στην Αγγλική πρωτεύουσα, σε ηλικία 94 ετών. Το 1925 τιμήθηκε με το βραβείο Νόμπελ της λογοτεχνίας.
