Το μυθιστόρημά του "Ο απίθανος Μόρις" τιμήθηκε με το βραβείο Carnegie 2002, ενώ στον Πράτσετ απονεμήθηκε το 1988 ο τίτλος του Officer της Βρετανικής Αυτοκρατορίας.
